Well, it has been a while since i have posted anything on my blog, so here goes…
I lost my internet last spring, then a few months later, lost my home and pretty much all of my possessions. I lost my income and was therefore unable to pay my lot rent, so I was evicted. I could not find work, so my only other option was to leave PA and return home to Oregon. With the help of a very good friend, I was able to load my car up with what I just could not part with, including my dog and cat, and off I went. It took me a full three days of driving to get home. The dog and cat slept together on the passenger seat in the front of my car, the entire way!! I am still impressed with that. My daughter and her fiance did not want to come with me, as they are moving to NY soon to get married and begin their lives. I miss them, but talk to them daily.
Well, here we are about 6 weeks later…I am staying with a great friend/sister of my heart. Helping to take care of her and her son. All is well. Looking for work and just taking in the gorgeous scenery that I had forgotten about here in the great city of Portland, Oregon in the glorious Pacific Northwest!!
